Welcome to the PWMA Sportsman's Club. Your complete membership packet will be
mailed immediately upon receiving this completed, signed and dated application.
You will be issued an official membership number, which will be imprinted on
the first page of your sporting goods catalog.
Members CANNOT book hunts or buy sporting goods for non-members. ANYONE
caught abusing this privilege will immediately be removed from the register
for life - NO EXCEPTIONS! Five additional applications will be provided
at the reduced rate for each new member's family and friends and will be enclosed
with your membership packet. All memberships expire June 1st of each year. Applications
received after February 1, 2006 will be valid until June 1, 2007!
